The Pleasure Society is a place where we want to shine light on the diversity of what sexual expression is. Art can take on a range of different forms, one of them definitely being tattoos (don't we love 'em!).

Miguel Luna (he/she/they/it) and their artistic pseudonym is Fag Latino. They are 28 years old and currently live in Budapest, Hungary. They started tattooing experimentally about two and a half years ago, and hasn’t stopped since then, in the same way that they are now dabbling with embroidery. Miguel has always had an orientation towards art and how it is related to communication. Personally, they feel that art is a way of communicating who we are and how we feel, each having its own language to do so, which they find fascinating. Finding their own language to express themselves through tattoos has been extremely important, because it helps to materialise and therefore purge the millions of ideas, thoughts or emotions he might have at a given moment. Moreover, the very act of creating gives them immense satisfaction.
My biggest inspirations for my art are the human body, sex and fashion. I love to let myself be carried away by any of these elements, or to combine them all when creating a drawing that will eventually become a tattoo. Regarding the first two, I think for me there is a fascination with the elements that constitute a sexual encounter between two or more people, such as complicity, desire, reciprocity, etc., which I try to portray in my designs. Lately I’ve been letting myself go much more along these lines, as I love to portray these sexual encounters, mainly between queer bodies. I think that to portray and expose them is, in a way, to provoke the paradigm of heterosexuality and heteronormativity, apropos of the oppression that these exert on any experience that escapes that logic. More specifically, with regard to sexual and identity diversity. Personally, I find it very gratifying when someone chooses one of my daring designs to wear on their skin, because I also feel that we share a common language in the way we confront and provoke those who want us in the yoke of marginality.
I think I prioritise my pleasure by putting myself first before others. This is not necessarily in a sexual sense, but in a more general sense of the word. For example, I love waking up early on a Sunday, making breakfast and enjoying the morning, so I’m very likely to decline an invitation to a party or a social gathering that I don’t really want to attend. I think making those small decisions about doing things that bring me pleasure resonates with me a lot lately.
I think one of my perfect settings would be, first of all to be in the company of someone nice and interesting, and then probably in a big jacuzzi, hot water and lots of foam. If you add to that a few glasses of white wine, music and some other additives, so much the better. After that, in the same setting I would like a very big bed that allows me to move around as much as I want without feeling that space is limited. Another setting that really appeals to me is probably outdoors on a lonely beach on a summer day. I love the effect that getting direct sun on my body has on me, so I imagine having sex in that circumstance would be amazing. I hope to find out soon.
