Pleasure Society processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these to us yourself.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. Pleasure Society does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We adhere to the following retention periods for personal data:
All personal data is kept for up to 1 year after the termination of the agreement. This data is only used for internal administrative processing afterwards.
Pleasure Society does not sell your information to third parties and only provides it if necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Pleasure Society remains responsible for these processing operations.

To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document along with the request. In this copy, make your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

Pleasure Society takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized alteration.
